Please join us at the CAHSPR conference to recognize Dr. Patricia Martens, the 2014 Hall Laureate. Like other Hall Laureates before her, Dr. Martens is being lauded for a lifetime of ground-breaking work to promote the ideals articulated by Justice Emmett Hall:equity, fairness, justice and efficiency in Canada’s health system.
The Justice Emmett Hall Memorial Foundation serves to honor Justice Hall’s legacy. He believed deeply that all Canadians should have access to basic health needs on the same terms and conditions without financial barriers. The Foundation strives to advance these principles through the annual Hall Lecture and student essay competition.
The work of the Foundation would not be possible without the generous donations of individuals who share the vision of Justice Hall and are committed of advancing the ideals of Canada’s universal health insurance programs. Please consider donating (or nominating a future Hall Laureate) when registering for this year’s CAHSPR conference. All donors will receive a copy of the Hall Foundation’s annual report, recognition in the annual report, and a tax receipt (registered charity: 887283463 RR0001).
