Dr. Dawn Guthrie, Professor, Department of Kinesiology and Physical Education, Wilfrid Laurier University, is currently seeking Master's or Doctoral Students for the fall of 2019. My research team looks at ways of using big data to provide tools and supports to decision makers in the health care system with the goal of improving the quality of community care. Incoming students are provided a minimum financial package, through the university, which may be supplmented with existing research grant funding. The successful candidate will have experience conducting research with human subjects and using quantitative statistical methods. Experience in using SAS software is an asset.
