Scientific Director - Institute of Health Services and Policy Research

The CIHR Institute of Health Services and Policy Research (IHSPR) supports outstanding research, capacity-building and knowledge translation designed to improve the way health care services are organized, regulated, managed, financed, paid for, used and delivered in the interest of improving the health and quality of life of all Canadians.

As the leader of CIHR's IHSPR , in collaboration with the Institute Advisory Board, the Scientific Director will foster:

• leadership of health research, innovation and integration;
• partnership, capacity building and community development;
• knowledge creation through excellent health research; and
• exchange of knowledge with those best positioned to apply the results of that research.
