Manager, Client Affairs – Alberta (Victoria)

 Location:                Victoria

Range Minimum:     $86,100 

Reports To:            Vice President, Western Canada and Developmental Initiatives

 Job Summary

The Client Affairs Manager is CIHI’s key contact in the assigned region.  In this capacity the Manager supports and is responsible for furthering CIHI’s strategic directions in the regional context.  The Manager identifies, cultivates and interacts with key external stakeholders.  The Manager utilizes these relationships to identify provincial/regional needs and collaborate with program areas to address those needs.  In addition, determines the readiness of a jurisdiction to proceed with implementation of CIHI’s products and services and identifies areas where successful relationships can be developed.  The Manager identifies areas where provincial approaches can inform the development of national databases, provides information, conducts analyses and enhances understanding and use of data within the provincial/regional context.
