BR & QI Leader

Canada Health Infoway Inc. (Infoway)is an independent, not-for-profit corporation, in partnership with the federal, provincial, and territorial governments.  Our mission is to accelerate the development and adoption of compatible electronic health information systems in Canada.

Infoway is seeking a Benefits Realization and Quality Improvement (BR & QI) Leader to be broadly responsible for Benefits Evaluation and ensuring that the region of responsibility has an effective integrated approach to adoption, change management, benefits realization and quality improvement around Infoway investments.  You will support and manage benefit evaluations nationally; lead the analysis of benefits evaluation findings and other project outcomes to proactively meet stakeholder’s needs; and be responsible for ensuring an integrated approach to adoption, change management, benefits evaluation and quality improvement.

Your relevant Bachelors or Masters Degree in Health Administration, Health Information Sciences, Health Sciences Research, Business or equivalent is enhanced by 7 to 10 years relevant research, evaluation, and performance measurement experience along with experience managing Benefits Evaluation.  Regulated Health Professional Designation preferred.  You are results oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks within tight time-lines and also possess strong partnership development, relationship management, facilitation and analytical skills.  Bilingualism is an asset.
