The Justice Emmett M. Hall Memorial Foundation
The Justice Emmett M. Hall Memorial Foundation was created to preserve the memory of Justice Justice Emmett M. Hall, the father of Canadian Medicare. An award endowed from this Foundation will be presented biennially to a person who has made an outstanding and lasting contribution to the advancement of the health ideals articulated and personified by Justice Hall.
